AP02-09: Single Pressbrake with Proportional Valves
The Y1 + X +R Pressbrake Application (AP02-09) software allows the iCON controller to provide activating output drives, measurements and the interlocking signals required to operate a Non-servo Multi Axis Non-synchronised Pressbrake machine tool. When coupled to appropriate mechanical systems, a precision machine tool of high production batch bending can be realised. This application is only suitable to drive proportional hydraulic valves as distinct from servo hydraulics (see AP02-02 and AP02-01).

·          Accepts a linear analog scale for (resistive) “Y 1 “.
·          Measurement resolution 0.01mm on “X” and “Y”.
·          Accepts digital rotary encoder for “X”.
·          On board 16 bit ADC. (ADC-1 See Technical Manual)
·          On board power valve drive to 1A per valve. (PWR-PWM-1 See Technical Manual).
·          On board power valve drive pulse width modulated.
·          Fully programmable 50 jobs.
·          Simple Calibration
·          Quick Bend function.
·          Permanent memory.
·          Interface to servos +/-10V X axis.
·          Two footswitch operation.
·          Inbuilt production history
·          Intelligent servo control algorithms.
·          Connectivity to PC with iCON Manager Software.
