The Y + X Press Brake (Upstroking design) Application (AP0204F) provides the software to operate the iCON controller to provide activating output drives, measurements and the interlocking signals required to operate a 2 Axis mechanically synchronised upstroke style pressbrake machine tool. When coupled to appropriate mechanical systems a precision machine tool of high production batch bending can be realised. Refer to iCON-F Technical Manual for more. 2 Axis Servo operation: Bottom Tool “Y” & Backgauge “X” Accepts a rotary digital encoders for “Y “& “X” Measurement resolution: 0.01mm on “X” and “Y” Fully programmable: 250 jobs with 20 punch distances per job Quick Bend function Permanent memory Interface to servos +/-10V Inbuilt Top Tooling files Inbuilt Bottom Die files Inbuilt production history Intelligent servo control algorithms
