AP02-02 Synchronised Pressbrake
The Y1 + +Y2 +X +R + C Pressbrake Application (AP02-02) provides the software to operate the iCON controller to provide activating output drives, measurements and the interlocking signals required to operate a Multi Axis synchronised Pressbrake machine tool. When coupled to appropriate mechanical systems a precision machine tool of high production batch bending can be realised. Y1 + +Y2 +X +R + C Multi axis support Accepts linear digital scale “Y1 and Y2“& rotary encoders for “X” Measurement resolution: 0.01mm on “X” and “Y” Fully programmable: 50 jobs with 20 punch distances per job Quick Bend function Permanent memory Interface to servos +/-10V for Y1 and Y2 and X axes Two footswitch operation Inbuilt Top Tooling files Inbuilt Bottom Die files Inbuilt production history Intelligent servo control algorithms
