The AP01-06 Drill Feeder iCON controls a servo single axis coupled to a drilling device. It controls the measuring drill accurately to 0.01mm and provides activating and interlocking signals to give a high production machine for batch drilling.

To custom prepare the AP01-06 Drill Feeder iCON to operate your machine simply requires input of the absolute calibration measurements and details of your drilling jobs to be programmed into the iCON memory, which is  battery backed and capable of storing up to 50 jobs, each with up to 20 tasks or sequences per job.

Once a job is selected, the iCON automatically instigates each task or sequence in the job; at the end of the sequence, the carraige returns to the nominated retracted dimension to facilitate loading of the next length of material and the quantity count is incremented.
